Early Detection
The Augustine L. Muñoz Cancer Research Fund (ALMCRF) was founded in 1999 with a single purpose: “To aid research in the early detection of pancreatic cancer.”
Since 99′, ALMCRF has raised over $350,000 for Norris Comprehensive Cancer Research through its annual Golf Tournament held at the California Country Club in Whittier. With an added event in 2021, the inaugural “An Evening in Monte Carlo Casino Night” and Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament more was raised.
